Change of Mind Return Policy

Buying audio online can be daunting. So that you can buy with confidence, we are happy to offer you a refund on your product purchase within 21 days if the product isn't right for you. Just contact us to start a return!

Here are some key things to know about our return policy:

• Our 21 Day Change of Mind Policy applies to online sales only.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply if the product has been opened or used.
• Any refund to you will be the purchase price you paid less any shipping costs we have incurred sending the original product to you.
• Only 1 returned item per customer will be accepted in a 6 week period.
• Some items such as eartips, earpads, limited edition products or special order products are excluded from the 21 Day Change of Mind Policy.

Conditions of the 21 Day Change of Mind Policy:

i. The 21 day period within which you are eligible to return a product starts on the date that you accept delivery of your product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.

ii. In a 6 week period, we will only accept one (1) return of one (1) product per customer as an exercise of the 21 Day Change of Mind Policy. Any cancellation of order as set out in clause 1(e) of our Sales Terms will count as an exercise of the 21 Day Change of Mind Policy.

iii. Any refund to you will be the purchase price you paid less any shipping costs we have incurred sending the original product to you and will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.

iv. You will be liable for shipping costs (i) to return the original product to us and (ii) for us to send out any replacement product.

v. Returned products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and the original proof of purchase. Returned products must be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not be damaged in any way by you during the time the item is in your possession. The product is deemed to be in your possession until the product is received by us at the address listed at the end of these Sales Terms.

vi. Where the product has been opened or used, we will charge a restocking fee as set out on our Site.

vii. The 21 Day Change of Mind Policy only applies to products purchased on the Site and delivered pursuant to clause 4 of these Sales Terms.

viii. Not all our advertised products are covered by the 21 Day Change of Mind Policy. Products such as eartips, limited edition products, open box or ex-demo products and special order products are excluded from the 21 Day Change of Mind Policy. Please contact us for a list of any excluded products.

ix. We reserve the right to refuse a return at our discretion.

x. We reserve the right to make changes to the 21 Day Change of Mind Policy without notice.

Our restocking fee is 15% of the product purchase price.
