Yes, we do! We offer express delivery via Australia Post and Startrack courier services. Depending on when you place your order and whether or not the product is in stock, products may be delivered to most metropolitan areas by the next business day.
We also offer a same day service for residents in Sydney.

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within Australia. You can select this option at checkout.
We use Australia Post Parcel Post + Signature for most orders which takes 3 to 7 working days.

For selected small items valued under $75 such as cables, adapters and ear tips, we may use a non-trackable Australia Post service which takes 3 to 7 working days.

For large and/or heavy items, we may use a courier service.

Yes, you can! We offer pickup from our Chatswood store during our usual opening hours. Please select this option at checkout. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. You will need to present ID when collecting your order.

  • Small items under $75 (tips, small cables, pads and adapters) will be sent by non traceable Australia Post regular mail. Delivery takes 3 to 10 days working days. Small items will be delivered to your mailbox.
  • We may use a trackable courier service if the order is large and/or heavy. Delivery takes 3 to 10 days working days.
  • We can ship to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker.

Startrack Express With Authority to Leave - 1 to 3 Working Days

  • Delivery times from 1 to 3 days.
  • Parcel rates are calculated at the cart and checkout page.
  • If you’re unavailable to receive your parcel, it will be left in a safe spot.
  • We cannot ship to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker.
  • A tracking number is provided once shipped.

Sydney Same Day Delivery (Monday to Friday, Last order; 2 PM)

  • Delivery times approximately 4 Hours after pickup 
  • Available on Weekdays only, the daily weekday cutoff is 2 pm - any orders after the cutoff will be carried over to the next business day.
  • Parcel rates are calculated at the cart and checkout page.
  • You must be available to accept delivery
  • We cannot ship to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker.
  • A tracking number is provided once shipped.

We are authorised Australian resellers for all the products we sell, and most of our products carry an express warranty from the manufacturer which may vary in length and conditions.

In addition, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
