The new DT 900 Pro X from Beyerdynamic is an open backed studio monitor designed for accurate sound and tremendous flexibility. Based on the DT 990 Pro series, a workhorse in studios around the world, the DT 900 Pro X features a number of improvements over the studio legend.

IMPROVED DESIGN, PROUDLY MADE IN GERMANY

The DT 900 Pro X features a practical, low key design that preserves the great comfort and durability of the DT 900 Pro series. Hours of comfortable wear are ensured by a light-weight yet solid construction, as well as breathable velour earpads and open backed design. Nearly every component in the headphone can be easily user replaced, including the earpads, headband cushion, and cables. Two straight cables (1.8m and 3.0m) are included in the box to suit a variety of use cases. Proudly Made in Germany, the DT 900 Pro X will be a reliable tool in your studio for years to come.

ACCURATE, VERSATILE PERFORMANCE

The DT 900 Pro X delivers accurate, flat sound for mixing and mastering, with a wide soundstage from the open-backed design. Sound has been refined over the DT 990 Pro with new STELLA.45 drivers that deliver clear bass and accurate high frequencies. With a 48 ohm impedance as standard, the DT 900 Pro X will work well with a wide range of sources including mobile devices and USB powered audio interfaces, all the way up to high power desktop amplifiers.

For monitoring and mixing in environments where noise isolation is critical, Beyerdynamic also offers the DT Pro 700 X open-back studio monitors.
