The ATH-A990Z is a closed-back dynamic headphone, which is designed in the warehouse of Audio-Technica. A-T is well-known brand that deals in manufacturing high-performance headphones, microphones, mixers, wireless systems and other electronic products for personal or professional use. The device exhibits proprietary large-aperture 53 mm drivers that are attached with OFC bobbin-wound voice coils in order to provide Hi-Res Audio reproduction.
High-Resolution Performance
The top-mounted PCB and incorporated yoke of the driver contributes in providing the high-resolution performance by delivering great transient response as well as smoother airflow for accurate diaphragm movement. The housings of this product are done by using quality aluminum, which is light in weight and helps in decreasing unwanted resonance. The device also includes Audio-Technica’s Double Air Damping System (D.A.D.S) deep bass reproduction.

The upgraded, 3D wing support system of A-T’s, promises to deliver a great, comfortable fit, assisted by the soft, top-grade earpads of the headphones. It comes with a tangle-free cable, which is 3.0 m (9.8') long and is wrapped with cloth for lasting durability.
